Roni Horn has a very minimalistic approach to his work. He records the different patterns or waves that appear in the sea/water. Some people may look at it and think that his photos are boring and don't have any meaning to them. However i think that it shows how strong and powerful water actually is and that it can overpower anything that comes in it's path. The water is represented in a bold way. I think this is because of the colours used and the fact that it is quite a dark photo.
